An appropriate mechanism of state regulation is necessary for successful implementation of enterprise restructuring projects. The paper considers basic methods and regulatory framework of state regulation of enterprise restructuring, it has been proposed to regulate issues of restructuring in more detail in future.

G.V. Plekhanov and his theoretical and educational activity

Aspects of theoretical and educational activities of G.V. Plekhanov insufficiently highlighted in the scientific literature have been analyzed in the paper. Particular attention has been given to educational activity of the first Russian Marxist. The contribution of Plekhanov in propagation of Marxism in Russia has been shown; his role in formation of Menshevik and revisionist aspects of activity has been pointed out; topicality of some ideas of Plekhanov for understanding the current situation in Russia has been considered.
